I'm also a proud HBCU graduate holding a bachelor's degree in public relations and currently pursuing my Master's in Human Resources Management. With over two years of hands-on experience working with children, I am committed to making a meaningful difference in their lives. Hello everyone, my name is Jaeda Barreto, and I am one of the founders of Destined 4 Success, where I serve as the head of Event Coordination. Born and raised in New York City, I was immersed in a diverse and dynamic environment that fueled my passion for community engagement from an early age. In 2015, 1 embarked on a new chapter, relocating to Charlotte, NC, with my family, but my commitment to making a positive impact remained unwavering. With over five years of experience working in various childcare fields, I have witnessed firsthand the transformative power of nurturing and empowering young minds. It is this profound understanding that drives my dedication to positively influencing children's lives, unencumbered by outdated rule books or limiting mindsets. My vision for D4S is to create a nurturing environment where children can explore their boundless potential, discover their unique talents, and develop a lifelong love for learning.
Through diverse programs and events, we aim to provide enriching experiences that not only educate but also foster a sense of community, empathy, and social responsibility.

With over 7 years of experience managing my own YouTube channel, l've developed a strong foundation in creating visually engaging and impactful content. As someone who is organized, driven, and wholeheartedly committed to empowering others, I find joy in encouraging individuals to follow their passions and live their best lives. Hey y’all! I’m Bryanna McConnell, a proud native of Charlotte, North Carolina. Currently, I wear two exciting hats as the acting Financial and Creative Director at Destined 4 Success. I obtained a degree in media studies, where I concentrated in writing and I thrive on crafting engaging narratives that drive imagination and creativity forward. Outside of the org’s world, you’ll find me in a pre-K classroom, where I passionately nurture young minds, helping them grow emotionally, socially, and educationally. My goal?
